Shipping and Return Policy

When will my order ship?

All vintage items will be shipped within 3 business days. If you purchase vintage and merch together, you will be getting two different tracking numbers for your orders since they will be arriving separately. 

For the merch, please read the shipping estimate in each product page to see when your order will likely be shipped out. Some items can take 5-7 business days and other can take a few weeks since it's made to order. You will receive an email with tracking once it's shipped. Please note that it may take longer during the holiday season. 

All products (except vintage) is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

We are not resposible for lost or stolen packages.

What is your return/exchange policy?

All items are final sale. No refunds/exchanges given. 

Merch products are made to order and we can cannot return/exchange any items unless the product arrives damaged or defected. Please email thriftclubco@gmail.com if you have any issues with your order. Please let us know if the product arrives damaged, or has any major defects. Please attach photos. If so, a refund will be given to you or we can resend the new product out to you.

Do you ship international?

We only ship to the US. If you are international and want to purchase a vintage item, please email thriftclubco@gmail.com and ask for a custom rate.
